  When I spend $60 at a fast food restaurant or expect the employees to at least be able to read what's being requested, every single time I come to this store, you screw my order up and it's simple. If I get a supreme and ask for no lettuce that means give me the damn tomato and sour cream. Not just meat and cheese. Every damn time y'all do this. I don't know if the employees are high or just incompetent and can't read but this is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. consistently The worst restaurant in Kernersville.

  Ordered through the app it was pretty freaking quick. Super impressed with the speed of this location

  I placed my order at the drive thru and was told my order would take 5 minutes and to pull up. When I pulled up front, I noticed at least 2 employees come outside for a smoke break. Only one set of customers was in the lobby. We waited about 10 minutes and finally my husband went inside to get our food. No sauce packets were included even though they asked what we wanted. Once home we realized that our boxes were not the same even though we ordered the same thing. No napkins were included either. I will probably not be going back to this location. If they would have been busy and this happened, I would have understood. But the location was empty besides the couple in the lobby who had gone well before we went inside to get our food. The are did smell like marijuana also, but that could have been from some of the surrounding buildings.
