- BSBrazen StackhouseApr 1, 20262.0While the food at McDonald's is pretty decent for fash food, my biggest complaint is their ice cream machine is always 'conveniently down', so I'm never able to get the milkshake or mcflurry that i order from there. But besides that, the employees that work at night are always rude and get an attitude with you. I usually just drive to the winston salem McDonald's on Jonestown or hanes mall, its a way better.

I placed a mobile order at 4:57 PM and waited over 30 minutes in my car, but I never received my order. I ordered three ice cream items and was fully charged, yet no one ever brought my food. I asked employees multiple times for help, but I was completely ignored and left waiting without any explanation or solution. In the end, I had to leave without my order and without a refund. This is unacceptable and extremely frustrating. Charging customers without delivering their order is not just poor service — it’s unacceptable business practice. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Management seriously needs to address the lack of customer service and accountability.
