- AMAshley MarieDec 30, 20251.0I just experienced the WORST customer service of my life at the Kernersville location. I ordered four items, and when I got home I realized I was only given three of the items I ordered. I called and requested to speak to the manager. When I asked the manager her name, she replied, “I’m the manager” and refused to tell me her name. I explained that we were charged for an item that wasn’t in the bag. Her response was, “you weren’t charged for that”. I’m literally staring at the receipt. When she said that, I got angry because she was basically being called a liar. I was offended by her remark because I had the receipt in hand which stated otherwise. She disconnected the call when I stood up for myself. I called back, then she said she “didn’t have to do anything for us” because of my attitude. My husband heard the whole conversation and luckily I recorded it so she can’t lie. She then says she has two new employees and that they are human and make mistakes. She was not apologetic or accommodating and her behavior was extremely unprofessional and RUDE! I’m on the phone with corporate right now so I can report her. I don’t know how she managed to get her position but she doesn’t deserve to have any kind of authority.
