  Extremely Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience My husband and I came into the Subway located inside Walmart around 8:20 PM and politely asked if they were closed, as we weren’t sure. Instead of a simple answer, the two young ladies behind the counter just stared at us — one of them, a girl with pink hair, even rolled her eyes. After checking the posted hours and seeing they don’t close until 9 PM, we proceeded to order. I politely asked if my bread could be warmed in the microwave, and she looked at me and said, “What?!” I repeated myself, and she rolled her eyes again, sighed loudly, and then deliberately put it in the toaster instead. When I asked again for the microwave, she turned to her coworker with a look of clear frustration and annoyance. At that point, I became extremely irritated myself. Rather than say something rude, my husband and I decided to walk away without ordering. This kind of behavior is unacceptable — especially in customer service. It’s honestly disappointing to see this kind of attitude becoming a pattern at this location. The management really needs to take a closer look at who they’ve hired, because this young lady clearly does not value her job or the customers. There are plenty of people who would appreciate the opportunity and treat guests with respect.

  My wife and I just stopped by this location after doing some shopping in Walmart. Found no one in line and placed an order with two young ladies (one with purple hair and the other with red braids). This is pretty much the best part of the whole trip. We ordered a foot long tuna and a six inch ult bmt with extra salami. The young girl with braids started helping my wife and I got the other girl. From the start you could tell they didn’t want to help. From bread selection they were rolling their eyes and saying things under their breathe. They cut open the bread tearing it, to where it was barely hanging on to the rest of the sandwich. I asked for a new one and was told it would be alright. As she continued to make my sandwich the toppings weren’t on the whole sandwich so I asked if I could get lettuce on the whole thing and she said I was starting to piss her off. At this point the manager was there and saw that we weren’t please with sandwich and asked what was wrong. I said well half my sandwich is hanging out and I asked him how I would even hold it. So he looked at the girls and they said they weren’t remaking it and that we were asking for too much. So he actually went back and remade the tuna for me. As a truck driver subway is one of my good to spots but never had this level of disrespect. Not sure if they were in the back chilling on their phones and we ruined their down time but it was clear from hello they weren’t excited about helping any customers. This attitude was clear thru out the whole location, as it was dirty (table uncleaned and full of trash), and the product for topping looked gross (far from fresh). I actually felt bad for the manager, as you could tell he knew this experience wasn’t up to subway standards but he couldn’t say anything. Please don’t stop here if you are looking for Fast, Fresh, or Friendly service because y out will be sadly disappointed. And subway, if you actually read these comments, get this poor manager some help. It’s clear he wants to do a great job for his customers but his hands are tied with crappy employees.

  When I walked into this store , there was a subway staff person just sitting on a chair. Her name is something Terri. She is a caucasian around 4'10 height. She seemed very annoyed by me walking into the store to order some food since she was enjoying her quietness and alone time inside of the store. This happened to me a few times with this employee, and seems like she does not like to serve customers and I feel very uncomfortable ordering food from her since she gave me that "mean girls" attitude. I thought she only treated me that way, but she treated the customer in front me the same way as well. I hope the franchise owner sees my review and it would be nice for them to improve customer service.
