  I placed a mobile order for the drive-thru and had a very disappointing experience at this location. When I arrived, there was a car sitting at the speaker for about five minutes with no response from staff. The driver eventually pulled away without ordering. When it was my turn, I waited another five minutes at the speaker and was never acknowledged, even after saying “hello” multiple times. I then pulled up to the window, where two employees saw me but continued talking to each other and using their phones for several more minutes. Eventually, one employee came to the window and asked if I had been helped. I explained that I had a mobile order and gave my name. She handed me my order without saying anything. I said thank you, but there was no response, and the window was closed immediately. The lack of communication, long wait times, and unprofessional behavior made this a very frustrating experience. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location.

  Went through the drive through yesterday around 8;30AM, the white young lady whom was taking orders had the nastiest attitude then proceeded to slam the window in my face after i asked for a physical copy of my receipt. This lead to me calling after i pulled out of line so that i could speak to the manager on the clock, whom was also dismissive and refused to give me her District managers number so i could speak to them regarding the treatment they thought was acceptable and suggested i contact who i needed to but that she would not be assisting me with the situation. I have noticed most Dunkin locations no longer prioritize the quality of service they provide and seem to hire people who lack hygiene, communication skills and manners. Being a long time Dunkin fan that would frequent every day to now very rarely ever going due to said treatment speaks volume. I did contact corporate on my own after i spoke to the manager and am waiting to hear back from the management of this store.

  Just now, 2/4 around 9:30, I waited 20 minutes at the drive-thru, when it was finally my turn, nobody on the intercom said anything. I went over to the window. Someone said" there's someone at the window" I proceeded to wait another 5 minutes, I finally got the hint that nobody was going to come and talk to me. So I spent almost 30 minutes of my morning before going into work waiting for nothing. At least have the courtesy to talk to the customer and let them know what's going on if you're really busy.

  On Wednesday, 1/14, I was at the drive through at 5am(opening) and sat there for 5 min with no response from anyone. I drove around and went inside to place my order. There were 2 employees working and neither acknowledged me for almost 3 min. I did notice neither employee had a drive through headset on. I got my order and headed out at about 520 am. At that time one of the employees finally put a drive through headset on. On Sunday 1/18 I went into the counter at 515am because there was a sign on the DT stating the DT was closed. I went inside the building and walked up to the counter. There was one employee in the back making donuts and one girl with pink hair counting money. I stood at the counter and was not acknowledged at all. I asked, loud enough to be heard, if they were not open. I was completely ignored. I later realized that the location did not open until 6am on Sundays. It would have been nice if one of the two employees that saw me standing at the counter had acknowledged me and told me they weren’t open. I WILL be taking my business to another location.
