- MMMatthew MarshMar 2, 20261.0Took my lunch break, waited in a long line. Was told they were out of chicken and it would be a wait (longer time than I had). Was given the option for steak so I asked them to match price and they would not. Walked out with alot of other irritated and inconvenienced people behind me.

I was there one time when a manager was assisting up front and she had the best attitude ever. Everyone else's attitudes suck. I think regardless of where you work in customer service, if you are client facing there ought to be a clause in the hiring process that speaks to the expectation of showing kindness.
