The cashier and servers were very pleasant and friendly. HOWEVER, THE APPEARANCE! This restaurant was BEYOND FILTHY! The floors were nasty and the tables were dirty. It was obvious that the crew that worked the night before DID NOT CLEAN THE RESTAURANT BEFORE THEY LEFT FOR THE NIGHT. I refuse to blame the cleanliness of this restaurant on the morning crew….it was too filthy and messy to have been caused that early in the morning. I hope the GM and manager of this Bojangles location really have a discussion with their teams about cleanliness and overall restaurant appearance. Overall our experience was ok. The morning team had great service but they should not take the blame for the appearance of the restaurant as I am sure they walked into it when they arrived. You can do a lot better Bojangles!

Additionally, when I did finally acquire chicken, it was quite bland. The chicken was like wood, and the crust was devoid of flavor. The sides were as tasteless. It was my first and last attempt to eat at Bojangles.
