Call & talk to a real nice guy, lucky my husband was on the way home from his bus route, told the guy he would get them for me. So I started to serve our meal. No chicken breast at all in the meal. 4 wings, 4 leg & 4 thighs. I call back again this time I ask for a manager to speak with . O I'm sorry but we didn't have any chicken breast . I said you should have informed customers that you didn't have any breast left. I'm so sorry. If you bring it back we will refund you your money. I said really, they that like dark meat are already eating. I can't do that now. Extra wing, leg & thighs was going to make up for , 3 chicken breasts. Call about screwing the customers, I give you a 5 star on that. I told the lady have a Merry Christmas! I will never go back there again! So wrong to do people that way !!!!!!😡😡😡

If you come to this bojangles, expect a minimum of a 20 minute wait no matter if there’s 3 people or 40, orders constantly totally wrong, I have paid for other peoples orders, everytime i’ve been here I have been missing at least 1 item. Clearly no sense or urgency, or communication. I thought the first 3 times I’ve been here it was just outlier - but it’s now pretty clear that whoever manages this location in particular is seriously failing its staff and costumers.
