  My order is NEVER correct and it’s a simple Cajun biscuit with pickles every time. I’ve given this Bojangles so many tries, but between the long wait times, incompetent employees, and incorrect orders, it’s not worth a try anymore. This morning they forgot my toddler’s kids meal after waiting 20 minutes for just 3 biscuits. Forgetting a KIDS’ meal is ridiculous and I didn’t even bother to go back, because the employee was so incompetent and I wasn’t going to wait another 20 minutes to MAYBE get the right meal. The fries and Bo rounds were cold and disgusting this last go around, I assume they were sitting in our bag the entire 20 minutes while the biscuits were being made. Never again. Drive 20 more seconds to Chick-Fil-A and save yourself the frustration.

  I've been here twice. I haven't eaten yet since I'm not going to wait more than 10 minutes for a biscuit. It's called fast food for reason. I'll wait for a reasonable amount of time but not more than 10 minutes for a fast food biscuit. Let's be honest, most people will take less than 10 minutes to eat a biscuit. I'm not gonna wait for food (that I shouldn't probably be eating anyway lol) longer than it takes for me to eat it. This place isn't alone when it comes to this. I'll eat at the house or find a faster place, it's that simple.

  The Bojangles in Kernersville, NC, is a clean, nicely maintained spot. When I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly young lady at the counter, who was neatly dressed in her work uniform and smiling warmly. Since I was one of only two people in the dining room, I didn’t expect to wait long. I placed my order with her and then headed to the restroom. The drive-thru window was bustling, but everything was orderly. When I came back, which by the way, the women’s bathroom was also spotless, there was one more customer in line with me, and we waited together. It took about 25 extra minutes for my order, which was a bit confusing and disappointing, especially since the customer before me had been waiting a lot longer, and our orders came out just seconds apart—I felt a little sorry for her. On the bright side, my food (an egg and cheese biscuit with extra egg and an order of Bo-rounds, plus an unsweetened tea) was hot and freshly made, which I really appreciated. While I enjoy having a well-prepared meal, I might not visit this location often because of the wait. However, if you’re not in a hurry and want a clean, welcoming place to dine, definitely consider stopping by. The food always comes out just right!

  I have some advice for the young man that waited on us last Sunday morning. If you hate your job that bad, quit! You are not a representative of the store.

  The food was fine at this location, but like all Bojangles, the service in UNBELIEVABLY SLOW. Bojangles is a dying company and deservedly so. Their service is always slow and their restaurants are often dirty. I don't know about the interior of this location. We went through the Drive Thru and waited for 15+ minutes after we ordered and paid. If you have no where to be, you can eat a pretty good meal here. If you have any plans for the rest of the day, go elsewhere.
