We stopped at the Kernersville Union Cross location last night (12/1/25) and were totally disgusted with how nasty an un organized the store was. The meat department was a total mess. There were many products past their SELL BY dates. The cold shelves are disgusting with old dried blood and meat leakage that has not been addressed in quite some time. Customer service was lacking, you could tell the check out girl hated her job and is not a fit for customer service.

A lady from the deli saw me looking in the hot food section and went out of her way to ask me if there was anything that I needed as she would make it for me. Although I didn’t need anything that was a super sweet gesture for her to make!
