  The food is good. I love chipotle. Please hire people that know how to wrap a burrito. This has been going on for a long time. If they can’t wrap don’t hire

  It was really really nice they didn't have the honey 🍯 chicken 🍗 anymore but overall I enjoyed myself happy customer 😊

  Second time eating here while in town for business. Both times the staff were super friendly and the food was perfect.

  They have never once put my vinaigrette in an online order. It’s a salad bowl. I asked for vinaigrette. I can give grace once or twice, but it’s constantly wrong. I’m done going here.

  These last few times I've visited. The restaurant is very dirty everywhere. Employees seem moody and not very present. I mentioned to an employee in the dining room that they were out of plastic forks and napkins. Completely empty. She looked at me and just stood there without helping. I had to go to the counter. When I picked up our order, the containers had food all over the outside and the to go bag was wet. That's why I needed napkins. The chicken was chewy and not fresh (most unedible). The rice was hard. The meal wasn't worth the $. I could go on. I don't think the owner ever goes to check on this place much. Over the last 10 years, I've seen them twice. We go almost weekly. It still stays busy so I don't think they have any reason to change. Time for us to make the change. Disappointed because they are letting a great restaurant go. You have to manage your business as a owner. The food quality and employee attitudes mean everything to customers. When that's gone, you find a new favorite.
