You can’t ask question or just give your order without it asking a bunch of questions or interrupting. Go back to using real people to take orders. Stop being cheap and pay a real person to do it. Bojangles should know better than to do this to their customers.

At 6:36 AM, there are now seven cars with no one moving but the stupid AI is taking orders. I ended up waiting until 6:45 AM. Do NOT come to this location on Sundays in the morning, I do not think they staff it even though they list it as open.
- KKKatieFeb 28, 20261.0My order is NEVER correct and it’s a simple Cajun biscuit with pickles every time. I’ve given this Bojangles so many tries, but between the long wait times, incompetent employees, and incorrect orders, it’s not worth a try anymore. This morning they forgot my toddler’s kids meal after waiting 20 minutes for just 3 biscuits. Forgetting a KIDS’ meal is ridiculous and I didn’t even bother to go back, because the employee was so incompetent and I wasn’t going to wait another 20 minutes to MAYBE get the right meal. The fries and Bo rounds were cold and disgusting this last go around, I assume they were sitting in our bag the entire 20 minutes while the biscuits were being made. Never again. Drive 20 more seconds to Chick-Fil-A and save yourself the frustration.
