  Ordered on the app and went to go pick up my order. It was a long line, maybe about 6ish cars ahead of me. When I got up the the drive thru speaker she immediately tells me thy are CLOSED for maintenance! So I pull OUT of the line and the 6ish cars ahead of me were still in line !!! SMH so why did thy tell me thy were “closed” but took the other cars ahead of me- that didn’t seem fair to me at all! Smh there’s always some issues with this location. The staff is mehhh… thy def need NEW Management that knows what the heck thy are doing , and RETRAIN all of the staff here!!! if you are going open late ya’ll really need to get it together. There should be a way the app is disabled IF the location is NOT taking orders. ( I find it hard to believe, I feel like thy were saying this cus thy were busy). I wouldn’t be surprised IF this was the case.get it together please S Cannon location !!! I NEVER have any issues when I go to Sonics even when the line is busy I still get good service and no issues !!

  Took 15 minutes to get our food. Dine In. French fries were cold. Cheese on burger was cold and not melted. I’ll never come back to this one.

  Was told when I went to pick up my food that the shakes I order weren’t going to be made because they ran out and while I was waiting to be handed my food, they were preparing the mix right in front of me, went back to ask for my money back for my shakes but was told no since it was an online order, I work as well I know how to give money back. But maybe next time put shakes as unavailable instead of having others pay. 2/10

  HORRIBLE customer service, and completely disrespectful. Also found MULTIPLE hairs in 3/4 of mine and my families burgers, and cold fries. Do not go here they’re rude, lazy, and nasty.

  The women up front was extremely rude. This is my 3rd time coming to this location bc it is closer to where I live but I rather drive further instead of coming here again. Workers are extremely rude and the food is disgusting. All 3 times the food was nasty and workers was rude. I cant keep giving my money to a company who dont care about how their employees treat their customers and dont care the quality of the food. Do better.
