    This is the second time I’ve come to this particular location and your staff have been rude both times. I understand that clients may be rude and/or entitled as well, and that it can be frustrating (I worked in food service through high school), but I have been kind and non-Problematical both times I have come. This first time I came a dark gal (don’t worry, I’m dark too), I believe with a first name that started with “Z”, was absolutely rude and when I finally addressed it with curiosity her response was, “You’ll be fine” as she walked away from the window. I was met with a rude server at the window again today because I (politely) corrected an order as she charged me for two items when I had only asked for one. Simple fix that didn’t require all the attitude. Please pay attention to how your employees treat customers, I’m sure you’re losing profit. Thank you.

    Multiple items from my order were missing. Really disappointing when your hard earned money and don’t receive what you pay for. What a joke. These people need to be making minimum wage since they have minimal care for what they do.

    Don’t politely ask for a cup of water at this location. The lady at the 2nd window will snap at you like she’s ready to fight you 😂. Happened today at about 12:45pm 10/28.
