- JAJ AJan 11, 20261.0This is the second time I’ve come to this particular location and your staff have been rude both times. I understand that clients may be rude and/or entitled as well, and that it can be frustrating (I worked in food service through high school), but I have been kind and non-Problematical both times I have come. This first time I came a dark gal (don’t worry, I’m dark too), I believe with a first name that started with “Z”, was absolutely rude and when I finally addressed it with curiosity her response was, “You’ll be fine” as she walked away from the window. I was met with a rude server at the window again today because I (politely) corrected an order as she charged me for two items when I had only asked for one. Simple fix that didn’t require all the attitude. Please pay attention to how your employees treat customers, I’m sure you’re losing profit. Thank you.
