However, when I got home, I found that all three tacos were poorly made — mostly shell, lettuce, and cheese, with barely any protein and missing the sour cream and tomatoes that make them “supreme.” I drove back to the Taco Bell, expecting the issue to be corrected once I showed the staff the tacos. Unfortunately, the response was disappointing. After showing two of the underfilled tacos to the employees, one of them looked at them and told me, “yeah, that’s a good portion,” insisting there was nothing wrong without even acknowledging they were not made correctly. I left frustrated, without my food replaced, and with a poor customer service experience. The most disappointing part is the lack of care and quality at this location. Regardless of the restaurant, customers spending their money deserve a properly made meal and basic service standards.
