From the moment I pulled up to the drive-thru, I was not greeted and the entire ordering process felt rushed. I even specifically asked the employee to repeat my order back to me to avoid any problems, and when she did, she mumbled so poorly it was basically gibberish I couldn’t even understand what she was saying. I wasn’t told my total before being asked to pay, and to make matters worse, my order was wrong. I called to file a complaint and spoke with the general manager, whose professionalism was just as poor. He refused to provide his name, although the receipt lists it as Issac. When I explained that I’m a frequent customer since this location is right down the street, his response was, “So why do you keep coming?” which was incredibly rude and dismissive. With attitudes like this, I wouldn’t recommend anyone come here. Save your money and go somewhere that values its customers.
