  The employees attitudes suck. They are very snappy and not friendly at all. Whether busy or not customer service shouldn’t change. It’s always the same lady taking drive thru orders with a nasty attitude. I don’t recommend this location at all. I’ve been to this location several times and it’s the same thing every time. This was the last time. I pulled off without ordering anything. I won’t spend my money where the employees act like they hate their job.

  I placed a mobile order around 3pm today and picked it up through the drive-thru. The food was a bit cold, but that wasn’t my main concern. I ordered a black iced coffee with no creamer because I planned to add a protein shake. When I got it, it looked lighter than expected, so I simply asked the employee, “Does this have creamer in it?” She responded in a very snappy tone, saying, “It says black, it’s not supposed to have creamer.” I wasn’t being rude or complaining—I was just asking a simple question to make sure my order was correct. The interaction felt unnecessarily unfriendly, and I hope customer service can be a little more polite in the future.

  I came to this location today 1/11/2026 ordered a sandwich and received it incorrectly after waiting for 10 mins and dealing with rude staff. I went back in the establishment for them to remake the sandwich and I ONLY GOT HALF OF IT!

  There's a woman with purple hair and a mustache who was screaming her head off with me and another woman in the restaurant. I'm not sure who hires people who think screaming at the top of their lungs and in quote said "I don't care if these people think I'm crazy" but yall need to rethink who yall hire

  Absolutely a must visit on all seasons and small pick me ups for that rough start for work, I came in half asleep and I got myself a mocha frapp. and a doughnut 🍩 and now I'm wired to do my job feeling like I just left home and a family member added all their love and support for my well being. The staff is amazing, easy to speak to(even though im kinda shy when talking to new people),and most of all the atmosphere is always on a good welcoming for every single time I visited this location in general. To the team who worked 02/04/2026 early morning needs to be acknowledged for their hard work and having everyone being able to go through and get their jobs done with a smile for the day. -sorry I kinda went on a rant, but they really did do an amazing job and really needs the praise and thanks for their work👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 -RedStar
