We did not receive the chips and no kidding literally less than half a cup of cheese. Then we look in the bag and the burrito (which is small) is starting to bust out of the wrapper and we opened it and the tortilla was ripping. So I go on the app to try and resolve the issue only for it to tell me it couldn’t help and to try again later so I do it again just for it tells me it’s already resolved the issue……..

Every single time I've gone, they manage to mess something up; my most recent visit was astonishingly bad. I ordered a steak bowl, chicken sofrita lifestyle bowl, and chips & queso. The steak bowl didn't have ANY meat. How does that happen?? I can't help but feel that this was intentional. Also, the lifestyle bowl was just a regular chicken and rice bowl; a completely incorrect order. To top it off, they gave me the queso, but not the chips. Save yourself the headache. If you really want chipotle, go to a different one. Otherwise, go somewhere else for dinner.
