  The blonde manager like lady at the self checkout is rude as hell. There's no chance you can get someone to be at a register to ring you up. You get to do that yourself at self checkout as 3 workers stand there and goof off....including that manager. They almost never have someone at their registers no matter what time I come in. Its insane. I dont work there and I dont wanna ring my crap up as some rude employee watches me do her job. As soon as harris teeter opens up downtown, foodlion wont get my business anymore. I've hated this store for years. These employees act like you're in their way....they always have. I've been seeing this blonde rude lady for years. So obviously foodlion doesn't care if she actually works or has any customer service skills at all.

  THEY WERE RESTOCKING WHEN I WALKED IN , SO THEY HAD EVERYTHINHG ON HAND , THE MARKET IS SUPER CLEAN AS WELL ....

  The only food lion I go in kannapolis lol. The other ones are garbage. This one is the cleanest and has everything in stock at all times!

  Me and my sister went shopping the other day and saw a deli employee baking items with his bare hands. Not sure if management is aware of this but that's disgusting and not okay. I worked in food service for 30+ years and it was never okay to touch ready to eat foods with bare hands. I will be contacting corporate.
