- LSLogan Shivers4 days ago1.0Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. We have given it several chances in will not be back to this location. Every single time we have gone in, our order is incorrect and the staff doesn’t care at all about their job from what it seems. The drive-through is definitely worse than dine in. It’s always over a 20 minute wait and it would be a little bit easier to wait however, the orders are always wrong.

The food was cold despite picking up right at the time we scheduled. We sat the drive thru window for 5 minutes - watching employees see us but walk away - before pulling away and parking to get our food. The chicken was overly salty and the guacamole was mostly brown. This location is very disappointing for a Chipotle. We won't be returning.

The bowl was overloaded with veggies, while the rice, beans, and sour cream were barely there. More concerning, I found a bone in the chicken while eating, which is a serious quality and safety issue. Overall, the order was poorly prepared and didn’t match what I paid for. I’d recommend double-checking your food before leaving or ordering from here.

Gave this location 3 chances and not a single time was the food edible. My food was undercooked everytime it’s ridiculous and to Scott the owner no need for your copy and paste reply for us customers to contact you at chipotle contact us because yall clearly not doing anything about this location. The food has been shit for years and is still shit today!!!
