  Does anyone from Corporate read these for this location? It seems not as nothing ever changes 🙃. I'm going to just start pulling forward to a parking place or in front of the door after I finally get to tell the associate that I have a mobile order as that's all I ever do is drive thru. There could be Noone in line and I'm told to wait before I can say that I have a mobile order, and that is if the drive thru sensor picks up that someone is there. Has management not told there is an issue with the sensor?- that problem has existed for 2 years or more! THE LONGEST DRIVE THRU WAIT IN THIS TOWN IS THIS PLACE. Tonight's episode was the sensor did pick up, but I was immediately told to wait, and then someone came on and told me to wait again that the 1 car in front of me had decided to pull on up to the window to give their order....and? I said I just have a mobile order the second time they told me to wait STILL, and that's what they said instead of taking one second to get my name. They literally can't handle more than one order at a time here, and I come often since I atleast like the food above McDonald's across the road. (I gave a 3 star on the food for the wait) . I was of course told again to pull forward to the door and then was brought the wrong order out of the two of us there 🤦‍♀️ I've noticed on my app when they have took my name and pulled me forward that it still says " they have my order and now just need me" Well I'm here and been here! I used to work at BK years ago and was an assistant manager and clocking drive thru times was a thing that showed up on reports. Makes me wonder how they do it since nothing changes- SO ATTENTION CORPORATE- WE ARE NOT OKAY HERE!!!!! FIX IT PLEASE! Update- Its the next day and my boys wanted Wendy's- they have me pulled up to the edge of the rd where ypu pull out into the highway and the person behind me just recieved their order- I've been here for 20 min or more

  Took 5 minutes for them to just take our order, and another 10 minutes to fill it and they weren't busy at all. Five employees were running the show here. Manager was filling cups and running the drive thru instead of leading. Bathrooms were disgusting. Flies everywhere. Will NEVER go back.

  Its good for fast food. The staff was friendly and helpful and I had my food within 5 minutes.
