  I don’t know how the morning shift can usually get things correct and evening shift struggle rises much but it is ridiculous. Waited in line for 42 minutes while I watched asas others received their food AFTER I ordered. Ordered 1 hot honey chicken so it wasn’t like I had a large order. Isn’t anything “fast” in this place in the evening shift for fast food. Go to the Elkin location for dinner if you’re getting food in the evening. Company would probably make a better profit closing after 3pm

  If I could have given zero stars for service I would... sat in waiting area over 20 minutes... got out and went in to get my food handed to me. The fries were upside down in the bag.

  My husband has to speak to them like they were special, in order for us to finally get the order we placed. My husband has had to have words with this particular manager several times. This is the FIRST TIME in months our order was actually correct, but it took him having to all but have words with them to make sure we got what we ordered. If you go here go early in the morning. Mya and her shift is wonderful you won't leave disappointed. But if it ain't 6am honey don't go.

  People must be stupid to go to a place like this and pay for the experience they get from it, how dumb is that? Have passed this place dozens of times but last night was the first time I ever went there. Got three sandwiches and an order of fries from the drive-through and it was pennies shy of $25. Their mistake I only got two sandwiches and an order of fries. Good thing I’ve learned to check my bag from a place like this and one of the sandwiches was missing. This must be how they subsidize their way too much per hour work pay. Bringing your food and delivering it to you Over a rail while you’re waiting in the number one position of the drive-through lane is very inviting. After checking and finding a sandwich missing, I cut the car off and went into the restaurant. I said to the girl working that this was why I totally despise McDonald’s. Her reply was sorry about that.! I asked her to look at the receipt and check the bag and see if there was anything missing. she said oh yes you’re missing a chicken deluxe sandwich and went straight to the back and brought it straight out. I don’t recommend that you buy food at this place because it is not very good loaded with salt and they should give away free water with the meal because of the dry mouth that you will have after you try to eat it. Looks are deceiving and the price of tickets for this zoo should be half price!
