  Well. They forgot to give me any utensils, and all my condiments, and forgot the cheese. No straw. It’s not worth going back. But it’s worth this little complaint 😂

  This is the best BJ's I have ever eaten at. Clean bathrooms, very friendly staff & wonderful patriotic atmosphere. Loved the fact that were playing Christian music. Excellent french fries.

  I was disappointed by an interaction I observed between a manager and an elderly gentleman, likely in his 80s. He and his wife had slowly made their way from the handicap parking spot into the restaurant. He was holding a McDonald’s cup, and the manager immediately told him he couldn’t enter with it. This forced him to walk back to the line, explain the situation to his wife, and then return to the car to put the cup away. I understand the need to enforce policies regarding outside food and beverages, but this seemed like a moment where a little compassion and flexibility would have gone a long way.

  the tenders and chicken were good but the mac and cheese was cold and the staff were kind of rude, they also didn't have 5 seating tables.
