He and his wife had slowly made their way from the handicap parking spot into the restaurant. He was holding a McDonald’s cup, and the manager immediately told him he couldn’t enter with it. This forced him to walk back to the line, explain the situation to his wife, and then return to the car to put the cup away. I understand the need to enforce policies regarding outside food and beverages, but this seemed like a moment where a little compassion and flexibility would have gone a long way.

Then your night manager was standing around and cutting up with drive thru staff and once the other person for the front come back she had a attitude and slung a bag of food at one lady and refused to put napkins and straws in the doordash bag. Ridiculous and unprofessional to say the least. If you dont like your job then find a new one..
