  Absolute ridiculous tried calling a bunch of times and every time they would send me and it was just stay on the automotive thing if you can't respect your customers enough to answer the phone and eventually answer them you don't deserve to be in business you should just go ahead and close your doors and another thing why in the world don't these restaurants put the freaking prices of food in the price of the buffet on the damn menu you got to call him and ask him when the hours are they don't ever post it on none of the websites do better Pizza Hut or do us a favor and go out of business absolutely ridiculous

  The employees was very rude and unfriendly the salad bar was horrible and the atmosphere was very negative

  They NEVER answer the phone you have to order with the app and if you have an issue with the app the call center sends you back to the store who NEVER answers the phone!! Waste of Time and money

  Very outdated restaurant. Extremely cold, not sure if heat was on the fritz. Pizza hut used to be the best place for pizza, sadly it isn't anymore. Overpriced gor the quality of food as well.

  I just had a terrible experience. I called to verify the dining room was open The guy that answered the phone replied "yes". I asked again so I can come inside and order and eat inside. He replied "yes, I think so".. So i drove 25 minutes to enjoy a nice, sit down, meal. When we arrive, there is a big white sign on the door saying the dining room is closed. As I was driving home, I called back to the restaurant. The guy that originally took my call answered. I asked to speak with the manager. He passed me on. I explained my displeasure with my experience. But, I honestly don't think he could have cared less. I am in aw with this. I understand it is difficult to get good employees in this day and time, but to allow someone to answer the phone, and them not even know if the dinging room is open. I explained to the manager, that I will never come back to this restaurant, and he replied "OK". This level of not caring, makes we wonder if they would get my order correct, I wonder if they wash the dishes correct, I wonder if the kitchen is clean. Too many concerns for me to ever find out.
