They lady informed me that there were other orders ahead of me and that my groceries had not even been started yet. She advised me that I could wait if I wanted to but she was not making no promises as to when I would have my groceries. After waiting an hour I call back into the store and my groceries still had not been picked yet. I ask to cancel the order. Which she did. I don’t understand why some people have to be so rude. I left there crying and very upset with the food lion in west Jefferson, NC.

Employees are always friendly and helpful. Ladies working the Deli get a BIG thumbs up ! Auto checkouts??? To each their own...I don't care for it. One thing hasn't changed, the Fire Lane is still always full of the "special" people...Maybe one day FL management will start towing them off...
