  Not the best stocked nor most efficient store, but the staff is full of very nice and caring folk.

  Not too busy in here today, since there's a storm coming. And the shelves were actually stocked with things.

  I had an online order that I placed with food lion to go last night. I arrive at the scheduled time. Call into the store to be spoken to very harshly. They lady informed me that there were other orders ahead of me and that my groceries had not even been started yet. She advised me that I could wait if I wanted to but she was not making no promises as to when I would have my groceries. After waiting an hour I call back into the store and my groceries still had not been picked yet. I ask to cancel the order. Which she did. I don’t understand why some people have to be so rude. I left there crying and very upset with the food lion in west Jefferson, NC.
