    Food was alright and made quickly. My big gripe is they automatically added a tip when I paid and refused to refund it when I complained, so be cautious of this location.

    Very disappointed with this Subway. The customer service was terrible. If you choose to work in the food industry where interacting with customers is part of the job, then actually engage with them. Don’t just stand there silently, staring at me, waiting for me to order without saying a single word.

    Barely any meat put on the sandwich. Asked for double meat and didn't get it. The staff at this location did not speak English and had difficulty understanding that I just wanted one of the italian sandwiches listed on the menu.

    Do you close at 10 or 940pm like your horrible employees tell me? I asked who owner was and she dont know. I asked for mgr on duty and not one here. One young girl and a man that does not speak English. I work across street and go on break at 845/9. There isn't many choices to eat at. At 9pm chairs are up. Floor being mopped... soda machine apart..the most unwelcome place to go. Non speaking English employee sitting down at backroom corner. I was here 904pm at receipt shows. This Subway is horrible! Spend money elsewhere.

    I would rather starve than step foot in this Subway again. That’s not hyperbole—it was the single worst sub I’ve ever had in my life. The turkey was dried out like jerky, the staff couldn’t be bothered to listen, and when my wife ordered my sandwich, they dumped everything I asked for onto my son’s sub instead. One employee literally rolled her eyes at my wife and walked off mid-order. We paid over $35 for two meals and got garbage service, garbage food, and zero care. If you want Subway done right, go to the Palladium location—this one is an absolute disgrace.
