- JBJodette BrileyFeb 23, 20261.0I called the store but an automated system picked up. I tried to place an order for the specialty pizza spinach and feta with extra spinach ordered. I picked up got it home and it was a cheese pizza. When I called back, they said all they can do is just make it again and I can drive back in and pick it up.… That’s not all they could’ve done. I was so tired and hungry… I threw the nasty pizza away and ate a frozen waffle. I paid $12 and change for a cheese pizza. I’m glad today is over.

I stated I placed the order and it's been close to 40min. This woman cave up front and stated that there's no way in hell it could be close to 40min (found out her name was Nikki). I pulled up my app and read it aloud "Nikki started preparing your order at 1115", then showed the woman the quoted msg. I said, "Who's Nikki?" The other workers looked over at the same woman that came up front. I said, "so you're Nikki? You're Nikki?" She didn't say anything. I said, "I don't get an apology or anything?" She walked away without acknowledging or saying anything to me. She said, "it'll be about 10-15min before it's done" to her coworker who turned and repeated it to me. Nonetheless, my pizza was VERY skimpy on all the toppings. I didn't have time to debate about it, cause I was running late and it's now been almost an hr SMH. I was really rooting for the all female team but baybeeeee 🙄👎🏾
