I really don’t know why I keep thinking anything will change. It’s always something. Today I ordered an egg & cheese biscuit combo for myself and a Mac and cheese kids meal for my son. I also ordered Bo-berry biscuits and the AI attendant told me it would take 4 minutes which was fine. When I got to the window I was told they’re out of egg. So I guess they can’t make an egg in 4 minutes? Idk. I’m a vegetarian so I couldn’t substitute for anything else, so I said just a cheese biscuit I guess. I got my food within like 2 minutes which is a red flag because they almost always take 10-15 minutes to get food out from the drive thru. I should have checked my order but I didn’t. Got home, made myself an egg to put on my egg and cheese biscuit. Go to plate up our food and I didn’t have my side. Kids meal didn’t have a biscuit. So essentially I paid the price of 2 meals but only got 1 meal. And the food from this location is always so disappointing and never tastes like it does at other locations. Today the green beans were insanely salty, and that’s saying a lot coming from me, meanwhile the Mac and cheese had no flavor whatsoever and the biscuit was dry.
