The manager handled everything with patience and genuine care, and it honestly turned my whole day around. On top of that — the food looked AMAZING. Easily the freshest, best-prepared Bojangles meal I’ve ever received. Everything was hot, cleanly packaged, and clearly made with pride. Missing sauces, fries instead of Bo-Rounds and the inability to complete an order due to lack of food. I actually watched from the parking lot from the grocery store from across the way. It was not busy so I ordered the Family size picnic. Was told it would be 15 minutes due to a recent rush. There was no rush as I watched for the past 15-20, just poor management and excuses.
