  I order from this Taco Bell almost every day. I love Taco Bell. Today has been a rough day for me and when I was asked how my day was going I stated "It's been a day." They said well hopefully taco bell can fix that. As I got back to work and looked in my bag I had a note written on a napkin that stated "Hi Emily, Taco Bell on Western loves you." It's the little things in life. I almost cried.

  Kevin and Karen made my experience so amazing. I was struggling with the app and they helped me out. Absolutely the best customer Service I’ve received. Will only come to this location from here on out!

  - 1,000!! * DO NOT GO HERE * WORST EMPLOYEES* Went through the drive thru tonight and Taco Bell is never my first choice, but I guess you get what you pay for. I had two online orders and one that was placed at the speaker. The young blonde lady who took the orders was pleasantly nice and had the best customer service out of all 6 of your teenage employees working tonight. I pulled up to the window and was handed a blue freeze drink by a young mixed girl with a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. When I explained to her it was the wrong drink, she argued with me. It was an online order, I understood if the drink couldn't be corrected via system. However, I offered to purchase the corrected drink separately. She eventually got me the correct drink, rolled her eyes and smacked her teeth. I asked several employees what her name was (all refusing) and then a "Manager" (Mananger, with long press on nails in food service, ok.) by the name Chole J. came to the window with her condescending tone. I asked her what her employees name was and if not, then store manager's name to see that this is escalated further and her being a "shift leader", she also refused to provide me the store managers name. You need to know you have 5/6 VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE TEENAGE EMPLOYEES who need more customer service training. Absolutely ridiculous. To the blonde female, thank you for being polite, smiling, and simply doing your job. The others could take notes.
