Ordered two subs last night about 7:30. Both were surprisingly good since this location usually is awful. The kid that made my steak and cheese did an especially good job, please give him kudos. This is in stark contrast to my visit a few months ago when I walked in to get my order from the rack. This woman was sweeping the floor, was probably Nicole judging by a lot of these reviews, and didn't acknowledge me at all.. didn't even look at me. Whoever she was should find a hole to crawl into to live her miserable life in, it nearly made me never return.. because we all know Jersey Mike's is better and the only reason to order Subway instead is their occasional really good deals.

Terrible service from supervisor Nicole
Visited the Subway at 600 N Marine Blvd #100, Jacksonville, NC 28540 on. The lady who appeared to be the supervisor, Nicole, was extremely rude the entire time. She refused to let me add sauce to my sandwich even though I specifically asked for it. On top of that, she made a snide comment about another customer outside, saying something like “looks like she’s going to gamble.” It was completely unprofessional and made the whole experience uncomfortable.
This is not the kind of service I expect from Subway. Management needs to address this.

One of the WORST Customer service subway I have ever been too. The lady making my sandwhich named Nicole looked like a supervisor or manager, was blatantly disrespectful. Her and a coworker were giggling the entire time, we were the only people in line and it took 10 minutes to have our sandwhich made. I asked for dressing to be last as I like it that way and she told me no, which is fine as it’s company standards as she told me but I’ve never had that be told to me and I get subway every other day. On the other hand too be blantantly disrespectful is beyond ridiculous and hopefully something gets done about this. She handed me cups and I dropped them by accident and she started laughing as I made the mistake. Not making assumptions but her attitude isn’t the subway standards I know. Will not be going back to this subway unless Nicole gets better mannerisms.

The service from Nichole was horrendous! We came in and she didn’t greet anyone apart of my group instead just tried to get straight to making the food at the slowest rate possible, like she made sloths look fast. She was whispering to the girl the whole time while making our food and was very rude. She also when we asked to put the sauce on last she gave a rude remake and refused to, super unprofessional. Wouldn’t take my worst enemy to this subway Nichole should be re-evaluated immediately

The subway, I’ve never had any problems whatsoever always clean cut store the workers there very nice pleasant to talk to and it’s close to my job.
