  I use my app when I order because it lets me modify my items easily. The service is always good. Wait time is minimal. The lettuce and tomatoes on items is questionable at times. Sometimes it's good and sometimes it is not crisp or fresh tasting.

  Lady kept grabbing drinks and then going back and putting them down. Our drinks sat for so long. It was well over 30 minutes since the pick up time and she gave it to us melted so we had her make a new one, but they seem to have like an attitude the whole time we ordered at 5:50 and we just got our drinks finally at 6:33 for only two slushies

  Veronica should be fired, if you are not a nice person or somewhat decent of a person then you shouldn’t be working in fast food. She was very rude from the start, and I requested through the app NO JALAPEÑOS and she not only put jalapeños, but extra, and I am unable to eat jalapeños. My eggs in my burrito were warm and frozen as well. And he long nails were disgusting and she wasn’t wearing gloves, looked like there was gross stuff under her nails. Not okay at all. Do better and hire better people! Very disappointed won’t be coming back to this location.

  Had to remind them about our shake but it was easily resolved.

  SONIC has a great menu and I especially like that you can order a wide variety of items without having to worry about the time of the day 😀!
