  Its 1100 on April 3, the mcdonald's workers working during this time need to figure it out. Like you work at mcdonald's and cant get that right?? Any ways they messed up my order and my time and this is a Trend now.

  shout out to the dude who brought me my food to curbside. i spilled my entire drink all over my floor & screamed profanities & he immediately checked if i was good & then brought me a new one. ur a real one, love u forever.

  I visited this location today and my interaction was less than pleasant with who I am assuming was the manager “lady in grey collar shirt”. Around 11:20am I came to this location to grab my kids some early lunch. I gave them my app code and ordered, when I moved to the next window the man never said a word or turned to look at me, at this point two cars had already received their food in front of me and there was a line behind so I proceeded forward (I have my card linked to the app and didn’t need my receipt so what was the point of waiting for it). So I proceeded to the next window where I received my drinks and as I turn back this woman says “ma’am he said yo drove off without paying!” To which I responded as I am grabbing my phone to check my app “I’m sorry my card is linked to my app did it not work?!” I then see there was a glitch with the app so I apologized and said “they usually just offer my receipt but he didn’t bother turning around so I moved forward” I had zero intention of not paying for my meal. But before I could even finish she walks off! I am already reaching for my debit card to pay and continue to apologize. The other employee took my card and proceeded to take my payment. The manager never returned or even said a simple “accidents happen” whatever it may have been. When I received my card back and food I again apologized to the employee and her response was “mmhmm”. I understand there are humans who do things with ill intent and lie but that was not my intention what so ever. The app glitched on me while in the drive through and piss poor customer service who decided to jump down my throat instead of understanding that accident happen and I had no problem paying for my food made me feel humiliated in a situation I already felt terrible about. I’d talk to your employees and work on being more understanding and not assume someone is trying to “drive off without paying”. Will not be returning to this location! Poor customer service. Not even a full container of fries and dry nuggets.

  On par with a general McDonald's experience. Didn't run into anything negative during my visit and was in and out swiftly.
