  I ordered online and received my order quickly. Both sandwiches did not have oil and vinegar and when I called about it I was told they had oil and vinegar and I was hung up on. Both sandwiches were supposed to be tosted and cut in half. Neither were toasted and were not cut in half. I usually prefer this location but being this situation I won't return to this location. I expect to get what I paid for.

  I find myself stopping by Jersey Mike's more frequently since it's super close to my place, and they really load up on the meat in their sandwiches. That said, I still prefer Jimmy John's because of their bread. It's always been the reason I choose to go with less meat just to savor the bread. It has a fantastic texture and reminds me of my Italian grandmother's homemade bread, which is crusty on the outside and chewy on the inside. However, today I noticed that the bread tasted different and had a new texture. It wasn't like what I remember, and after doing a quick search, it seems like someone in management made a bad call in changing what I thought was their signature item that set them apart from the rest. It's pretty much like the regular bread you find everywhere else. The sandwich was still really tasty, but it feels like it's just conforming to the norm, so I give it 3 stars—good, not bad, but not outstanding.

  The food and service excellent however the restaurant atmosphere was filled with club rap music so vulgar I would not repeat the healthy words in the music! Music so loud I could not relax! I was so glad to get out of that Jimmy's John's

  They had to remake the sandwich twice
