  Constantly giving me trash/old fries. Went today 3/1/26, got a combo. They wait til AFTER I pay to tell me the drink machine is messed up and it'll be warm. Not only was it warm, but no carbonation. Why wendy doing me dirty like this??

  Honestly if I could give this location a half star to no star I surely would. Me and my husband went to Wendy’s drive thru at 1:03am last night and the employee at the window was a Hispanic woman and she seemed very nice at first but then she had an attitude. When we were given our food I tasted the fry’s., literally old and cold as if they just scooped up old fry’s out of the fry station and my Asiago sandwich chicken smelt old and it was brown and old. This honestly will be my last time at any Wendy’s. The food industry has definitely changed for the worst. My husband is like it’s Wendy’s I’m like nah their food shouldn’t be this bad knowing that they should follow a health policy with food safety. Yall literally made me sick the next morning im running to the bathroom. Such a shame. I won’t be spending my money at these restaurants.

  This location seriously needs a new manager. I called because the other Wendy's phone numbers were not working and I was trying to place a complaint about the Wendy's on north marine I ordered the bacon maple chicken sandwich for breakfast this morning and as i was eating it I noticed a strong smell of ammonia on the sandwich itself I stopped eating it and started getting nauseous and eventually vomited two hours later The lady I spoke to from this location was extremely rude and dismissive Saying that she took the food course and there's no way I got food poisoning within two hours and something else must have gotten me sick. There's so many other restaurants in this city I would not waste my time on Wendy's who's dismissive about their costumers. picture attached is the sandwich that made me sick

  It’s ridiculous to order two meals and they cant give you a single sauce packet with a meal they wanted us to pay last time going here!
