- AAAricDec 24, 20251.0I picked up some dinner on my way home from work. Looked forward to a good meal. I was first handed my drink. It was incorrect. I ordered the COCA-COLA ORANGE CREAM. What I was handed was DAVES ORANGE CREAM DRINK. The difference between the two is 1: color and 2: taste. The drink I ordered looks like coke, meaning it’s dark in color. What I was handed was orange. And I mean ORANGE. The attendant at the window (who originally handed me the drink) started arguing with me about how it’s the right drink. I know what the drink looks like because I can buy the same drink from next door at speedway or Walmart. So I know I’m right. The attendant at the window was very rude and pushy about it being the right drink. I didn’t have the energy to argue with a little girl. She was incorrect, ill-mannered and RUDE. After I took the drink I could hear through the window being further disrespectful and called me a dumbass. Another employee ended up handing me my food, and I pray that’s right. Please see that the original under-goes further customer service training and training on her knowledge of the menu.
