I frequent this location at least once a week and every single time that I’ve been there my food is hot and correct (note: I make a lot of modifications due to dietary restrictions). Plus, the staff is always super friendly, which I feel like is rare not just for Taco Bell but for fast food restaurants in general. Seriously, A+!!!!!

I was understanding that they didn't have it, but this man went above and beyond to make sure I got some kind of treat for my missed reward. Going above and beyond is what makes customer service! I won't be able to get out and get any other rewards, besides this one. And even when that failed I was still shown hope and happiness. Thanks and God bless that gentleman!
