Last time it was a bag of chips and this time, it was 2 cookies. It's not earth shattering mistakes but please stop it from happening.

We had a huge order--our 6' and 3' subs were amazing and loved by all--beautifully made, dressed, and sides well-packaged for me to take to the canal for a party of 35! We had a snafu with corporate subway's menu, but the manager handled it professionally . We were VERY satisfied. The shop itself was clean and organized.
