  SAVE YOUR MONEY and GO to a different pizza place. Was very disappointed by their lack of customer service, effort and taste. My husband had called to place our pizza order for his Saturday night football game. I came in to try and pick it up after 8-10 minutes of placing the order on the phone. The cashier/ worker walked outside blonde haired girl when I was about to pay, confused me why she did that.? She did not communicate with me to let me who was going to charge me next and if my pizza was still being made or not. The restaurant had plenty of workers but nobody had charged me yet or mentioned where my pizza was.? I noticed my order was not ready yet or nobody is ready to charge me, so I let the girl on the side know, whom I believe is starting to make my pizza that I’ll be right back. Literally, went to dollar general for like 5 minutes to come back in to pick it up and for them to charge me. After she gave me my pizza, I had touched the box from the outside bottom part and had noticed it wasn’t hot like it normally is when you touch the pizza box from the BOTTOM. I continued to take it home at first I didn’t trust my instincts. I come home to my husband who which takes the first bite and then I do, we were both very hungry from the whole day of being busy running errands craving pizza the whole day, felt extremely disappointed and disgusted by the service and taste. The pizza was cold and hard. The whole bread felt so hard even to chew or bite off it. The pizza had like no tomatoe sauce in it. I called the restaurant to let them know my concerns and my experience was expecting to speak to the manger. When then I hear a random girl’s/ worker’s voice say “well you left” she claimed. She responded very rudely adding her two cents giving attitude when all I wanted was to speak to the manger. Then a moment later I hear a random man’s voice on the phone. As he starts to talk says this is the manger well “only option we have here is for us to make you a new one if you like”. Mind you I’m not one that likes to complain or even write reviews like this online or call the store. I’ve worked customer service in the food industry and in the nursing field and I’ve never treated anyone with so much disrespect like I felt treated HERE and embarrassed.! My husband had heard the whole conversation cause they were placed on speaker and we both shook our head. Never coming back here again. The lack of effort for them to be nice/friendly or at least make a good decent pizza did it for me to think this place was extremely horrible and excuse my French but pretty shitty. If I could rate this place it would be a overall (ZERO.!) - Horrible pizza - Bad Workers - Horrible management And poor customer service skills. Didn’t even offer me my money back… sums it up.!

  Not Dasher friendly. They won’t release orders because their system show orders on base that are not. Fix your system. If you order through DoorDash be prepared to wait, they are refusing to give your order to the delivery driver picking up because of their system issue. Dashers lose money on the order you refuse to give them. Customers wait longer for another delivery driver to arrive.

  Whoever the manager on duty was tonight should not be working in customer service. He refused to provide his name when I asked—claiming it was a "safety issue"— after I asked him if the pizza box would be sealed - since it is coming through door dash. He told me that if it makes me feel better, he could seal it. I will be escalating this matter to corporate. I have the timestamp of the call, which was placed at 11:02 p.m. The cameras will clearly show what happened, and I would still like the manager’s name so I can properly file my complaint.

  We waited a while for our order. The breadsticks came with a side of hair. They could have been more garlicly too. Lastly, they did not give us the sauces we ordered and payed for. Instead, they gave us marinara and garlic.
