  Ordered over the phone get there and the man at the register was rude asked if we could also order some wings he said in a rude tone that's going to be another 20 minutes,20 minutes for wings ??? So I went to pay with 100 total was like 44 he said he couldn't take that I had to find a different way to pay so I do the get a pizza that had no cheese on it Ordered a pizza with extra mushrooms and had barely any on it... ask for paper plates while we waited for the wings to get done he said this ain't no sit done restaurant we don't carry them

  I had to put a star but this establishment does not deserve even the one. Rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate crew. I walked in and the blonde young lady looked me in my face, she never said hello or anything and after serving the person at the counter, she walked away as if she did not see me. What makes it worse is the manager was working directly in front of the counter and never said hello, have you been helped? or anything. He just kept looking up at me standing there waiting to be served and never said a word. For me to be assisted, I had to ask the older delivery guy who came in a while after me for assistance. This entire crew with the exception of the delivery guy needs to be relieved of their duties. Disrespectfully. Choose another location if you want common decency. Never again.

  On 23 Nov at around 5:30 PM I walked in to pick up an order I placed online. The young lady behind the counter immediately turned around to face away from me, said "Hang on a minute" and proceeded to label boxes then walk away from the counter. As I waited for her to come back, I looked over and was watching the guy in the back press the dough. He turned, looked at me, rolled his eyes and continued. After about 5 minutes of waiting the girl finally returned to the front and just began calling out names of people from the pizzas that were sitting on the heating rack. There was myself and 2 door dashers/grub hub delivery guys waiting. She called my name, I raised my hand and she brought the pizzas over, placed them on the counter and just stared at me. When I informed her that I had ordered 2 drinks as well she huffed off to the cooler and said "Check your pizzas and make sure they are right". She then headed back to the rack and read off another name but mumbled it. The older gentleman that was dashing didn't hear her so he called out the name he was waiting for. At that point the guy in the back yelled out angrily "We're only calling names once. It's either ready or it's not". Mind you, this gentleman walked in after me and hadn't said a word until he tried to get clarification on the name that was just called. The entire vibe of the store was shitty, the customer service and demeanor of the people working were shitty and honestly I probably won't go back. I've had my fair share of issues with Papa Johns in the past, such as finding a shard of glass in my pizza when I was in Florida and ordered to my hotel (Surprise, I got absolutely NO response back from the store or corporate when I contacted them about it with pictures). Obviously that's not this store but it goes to show that the overall disrespect for their customers is a corporation wide issue and seeps into every store they open.

  These people are physically incapable of reading instructions. Doesn't seem to matter what day or time. I've ordered the thing 10+ times & they've NEVER gotten it right. I've obviously learned to check while I'm standing there picking it up, but to top it off they literally never apologize or even pretend to care. They usually just seem annoyed. Like excuse me for wanting my order correct. 9nce I get what I ordered the food has always been good tho which is the only reason I go back.
