  I promised myself last time I would never order from this place again. But I did, and that's on me. I used doordash and the blooming onion arrived with no sauce and as though it had already been eaten from. The potato soup was like snot. The Kingsland Steak* & Shrimp Pasta was slimy and disgusting. The shrimp at least had a flavor but the meat had absolutely no flavor. And the Triple-Layer Carrot Cake tasted like chemicals. I don't even recall the food being this bad before. If this is what their food has been reduced to and people are still eating it then I can only think that those people never cook at home and eat real food. It was disgusting. I called the manager just for a head's up but since we were only told they would make it up when we come in and that is never going to happen we just threw it in the trash.

  On 1/2/26, I had an absolutely terrible experience ATTEMPTING to dine here. I arrived at around 3:45 or so. The parking lot was fairly vacant and the restaurant itself was half empty yet I was told there was a 10 minute wait after I politely turned down a seat at the bar for a booth. I gave the hostess my number and returned to my car only to wait for a text that never came. After about 30-35 minutes, I walked back in to see what the issue was. I was then seated with no explanation as to why I hadn’t received a text alerting me to an open booth. The hostess then said someone would be with me to take my order but, much like the aforementioned text message, this person never came. I sat for 25 minutes and waited for a server and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt as they seemed extremely understaffed, but employees passed me and no one seemed to care about my existence, so I left. If you care about your time and money, don’t even attempt to eat here as they literally let me and my money waltz out the door with not a care in the world.
