- CCchrista3 days ago2.0Ordered online and usually they have everything in one bag sealed, my food got here and my bag was sealed so I know it wasn't the person picking up and delivering that did anything to it, I opened the bag and immediately the drink was missing. That's fine, I have water so I don't mind it a ton. I open the nuggets I've been craving all day because I'm fat (sue me) and they were doughy? Like a soggy doughish texture. The drive was maybe 10 minutes if that so again, not the delivery drivers fault. I also got fries which were cold and not salted. This was ordered around 3:40ish am on 1/9/26. Honestly I'm not super mad I just want this to be worked on because the service and food is usually on point.

But, this time, At this Gum Branch location everything was cold tasted stale. It did not taste good at all🤮 To top it off, I had to wipe down my own table. We were the only customers dining in. And the drive through was not busy.

I ordered online and when I go to pick up my order they no longer have them which they is understandable but if you no longer have them why have it available on the app. I get to the window and I'm told we cancelled your order well I definitely don't see it canceled in the app so this is the last chance I'm giving I'm done.
