- QQQUEENJan 21, 20261.0This isn't my usual Domino's, but I am familiar with this location because they are two miles from where I work so any Domino's orders placed are sent here. I have watched them consistently behave rudely to my colleagues but never addressed it because it wasn't my order or business. Today I placed an order. Went I go to the front to retrieve the order, the delivery driver doesn't greet me, she just gives me the total, which was $16. When I hand her a $20 she starts to dig in her change. I explained I didn't need change (I wanted her to have the rest as a tip). She then snatched the bill out of my hand without looking at me, told the receptionist to have a good day and walked past me out of the door. Even when I left the lobby I had to walk out by her and she ever once looked at me or addressed me. I would hate to assume it's a matter of racism, but I am dumbfounded to any other reason why she made it a point to disregard me. When I called the store to confirm the address because it wasn't listed on the receipt, the man had an attitude in his response as if my question was the dumbest question in the world. I frequent Domino's, but that was the first and last dime this particular franchise will see from me.
