I waited at the drive-thru window for FIFTEEN minutes—yes, I actually timed it—while my completed order was in view and three employees were RIGHT there making food. A couple even looked right at me before turning away. Five minutes go by, and I decide to see just how long it would take for anyone to acknowledge me. But at fifteen minutes, I had to finally get out and knock on the window with the line of cars was growing. Did they just FORGET they were working the drive-thru?????? I figured maybe it was a fluke, so I went back tonight—and once again, after minutes of waiting with no one at the window, I got out and knocked as I could see employees on the other side. They couldn't hear me..... so I went inside to pick up my *drive-thru* order myself. They were all in front chatting away, and despite me standing at the counter for a moment, I had to speak up to finally get my order. LMAO why would I want to experience this again? Serious question for anyone who got this far - why are Chipotle employees some of the worst workers on the planet?

Then proceeded to touch and cut steak without changing his gloves. Just not very sanitary. Don’t know if I’ll be back for a while honestly.
