  Order a bowl through Uber Eats, and received a bowl with about a half scoop of rice. Quality control here is terrible.

  Picking up as a door dasher I did not order food myself. Environment was clean and staff seemed friendly. Must have been someone new working, just the vibe I got. However I watched this lady put gloves on make a plate then go to make a taco to notice she ran out of cheese, she walked to the freezer opened it to find no cheese. Then walked back grabbed the tortilla with the same gloves she touched the freezer with and make the taco. Then she rang up the order where she touched a card to swipe it ( I guess to unlock the screen, not sure) and touched the register screen with the same gloves on. For me that’s just a no. Please change your gloves. So many germs on freezer, card and screen.

  I paid $37 for a very small burrito and a burrito bowl. I did not even get guacamole! we both got the Carne Asada for our meat, which I understand would be a little bit more, but the size of this burrito is so small. I ordered online and it was ready when I got there which was great. But had I walked in this location and ordered when I got there I would have walked right back out the area where they prepared. The food was so disgustingly gross and not clean. Would definitely not go back to this location just based on size and the price.

  Food was good. Unfortunately our chicken was cold. Not sure If it was suppose to be. Everything tasted great. Just cold food. Hopefully they fix this. Might give it another try.

  My team and I visit this Chipotle location several times a week, but recently the overall quality has noticeably declined—both in food and customer service. During my visit today, the service was poor, particularly at the register. There was no eye contact, no basic courtesy, and I felt rushed through the line. I understand this is not a fine-dining restaurant, but I have been coming here often enough to clearly notice a change in employee attitude and attentiveness. Unfortunately, the food quality was also disappointing. My chicken bowl was not enjoyable at all. Most of the chicken was fatty and extremely stringy, to the point where it was inedible and I had to throw most of it away. Additionally, I received very little rice and beans compared to what is normally served. As a frequent customer, this was by far the worst experience I’ve had at this location. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that these issues can be addressed. I would appreciate a replacement meal or credit if possible. Thank you for taking the time to review my feedback. I hope to continue visiting this location with confidence in the quality and service.
