  I’ve been to this CAVA multiple times now and the food has been consistently great — fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you expect from CAVA. The service has also been friendly and welcoming every visit. They are still getting up to speed, so things can move a little slow at times, but you can tell the team is learning and trying to get it right. I’ve even brought my work crew here for lunch, and everyone enjoyed their meals. With a little more time and experience, this location is going to be excellent. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

  Went to this location on two separate occasions. The first time, over half of their protein options weren’t prepared for the day (this was an hour after opening). The second time, got there at opening, a worker came out and said that they needed ten more minutes as they weren’t ready to open and there were a lot of people waiting in the lot. We waited 20 more minutes, tried the door again and it was still locked, so we left. Enjoy Cava’s food, but I’d rather drive to the Wilmington location where there are never any issues.

  I had a wonderful experience at CAVA thanks to one of their young team member by the name of Raysean ( I hope I spelled his name correctly ) who was incredibly helpful and genuinely sweet. He went out of his way to make sure my guacamole was fresh, and his attention to detail and positive attitude really stood out. Customer service like that makes a big difference, and he truly deserves a raise. I’ll definitely be back!

  I was hesitant to try this place after reading reviews about poor service and long wait times, but I’m so glad we gave it a chance. The service was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. I can see how the wait could get long, but it’s not due to the staff at all everything is fully customizable, and if it’s your first visit, taking time to explore all the options is part of the experience. We will definitely be coming back.

  I’ve had CAVA all over the states and it has always been top notch. I expected this location to be amazing since it recently opened, but assumed wrong. The chicken in the bowls was barely chopped, which is easily solvable with a knife and fork; however, when you couple that with half of the rice being either uncooked or extremely overcooked, it made for a poor experience. Biting into rock hard rice, mixed in with cooked rice and greens, absolutely ruins the taste of everything. This was a pickup order, otherwise we would have just walked up to the counter to have it corrected. We’re going to think twice before trying this new location, it’s not a good look to perform portly out of the gate.
