So it makes sense that my family gets me a gift card, I have only been able to use it once. The first time was fine, the second time it declined it and I had to pay out of pocket, it was a line so after the manager who is extremely sweet tried, I just paid. Today I tried and I know I have 12.41 on the card, same manager tried and STILL declined. So again I had to pay out of pocket. Why offer gift cards if they don’t work. Just frustrating. Notice I am also the same person who raved about you guys remembering my order and the service is amazing. Just super irritating I have had to come out of pocket twice when I have a gift card. I think I’ll take a break from burrito shak

I came in during a rush on top of a crazy amount of DoorDash orders and they still created me with enthusiasm. They are beasts at multitasking eg taking orders, greeting customers, keeping the prep area clean and filled. Just some things I noticed from my food service experience.

Anaí , Jasmin , jenn and dom were one of the the best teams i’ve seen. They communicated with each other while keeping a fast pace. They were also very friendly and kept the environment positive.
