  took my son for his 14th birthday our server had the worst attitude u could imagine the host barely spoke to us and the food was absolutely terrible it will be our first and last time going

  I am a veteran of the US Army and was out with my family trying to eat dinner on Veteran's Day. We were told by the hostesses there would be a 30-45 minute wait. They took our phone number and said they'd call when a table was ready. No problem. It's 40 degrees out so we sat in the car for about 35 minutes. We went back in to see where we were on the list and the sane hostess said there were 9 parties ahead of us still. Ok, still no problem. We decided to stand outside the front door because the front was absolutely packed with people. Honestly, I'm sure it violated some kind of fire code. After another 30 minutes passed and we watched at least 9 parties leave, we went back in to see what was up only to be told that they called us and we didn't answer so we were skipped. They could put us at the END OF THE LIST since we didn't answer. When I said no one called us, they changed their story and said the manager told them to stop taking phone numbers and calling people. I asked to speak to the manager. He came up and I told him what happened. Then the hostesses changed their story AGAIN and said they went outside and called out. WE WERE STANDING RIGHT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR. There is NO WAY these girls came out and called anyone. The manager said, "well I'm gonna believe my workers. If they say they called out, I believe them". THEY DID NOT EVEN SO MUCH AS STEP OUTSIDE THE DOOR. We were RIGHT THERE and could not have missed them. I'm no Karen, but these girls LIED and as a result, we waited almost 90 minutes for NOTHING. Why would I still be there and lie about waiting? My family will NEVER eat at another Buffalo Wild Wings and I will be contacting the corporate office tomorrow. Shame on those girls for lying and shame on that manager for not actually managing them. Disgusting.

  Waited 45 minutes for appetizer. Waited an additional 1 hour for food that was cold been sitting in the kitchen area all day. I understand if it's busy there will be delays but don't bring out cold food. Also the server should have informed us about the wait. BTW. I have friends that are in the office in Columbus, OH.

  Jeanette was amazing. She had an entire section to herself and provided such great service to every table. She was friendly and welcoming! She made our night.

  Buffalo Wild Wings is a great spot to watch your favorite sports team. The atmosphere is fun and energetic, making it a solid place to hang out with family, friends, or co-workers. The food is consistently tasty—you really can't go wrong with their wings! That said, there's room for improvement in the area of customer service. Not all staff come across as welcoming, and on several occasions, I’ve noticed that female waitstaff tend to give more attention to male customers, especially at the bar. While I understand the dynamic (possibly tipping-related), it can be uncomfortable—particularly when bartenders become overly flirtatious. It detracts from the experience, especially for women trying to enjoy the game just like everyone else. Overall, it's a fun place with good food and a lively vibe. I’d just like to see a more balanced and professional approach from some of the staff.
