    You have to constantly check your order to make sure it’s there, this is the 3rd time they’ve shorted me food that I’ve paid for and I don’t realize til I’m home and when you call they could care less, not going back

    The Russian manager is super rude. I go every day after work to get an Arnold Palmer. I’m a regular there every single night and by the time I get out of work and make it there I get there from 10 to 10:05 which is considered closing but they still have the Arnold Palmer area up and I am always helped unless it is her. If this keeps occurring, they will lose a very frequent customer

    Super rainy day, the place was completely empty except for the employees. I ordered the tailgate meal plus a freshly made box of booberry biscuits. The freshly made biscuits were burnt. The biscuits that came with the tailgate were old and hard. The dirty rice was at best lukewarm. The chicken tasted like it had sat all day. Super disappointed in what has always been a great option. Maybe just this location.
