- MCM CJan 15, 20261.0Stopped this morning on my way to work for breakfast and had the worst customer service. First I waited for a good 3-4 mins before anyone realized I was there. When the girl finally came to the register I smiled said good morning. Her tone and mood was just so rude. Like I was the biggest inconvenience to her. I also asked her if they had dirty rice this early. With an attitude she replied no it’s breakfast. It wasn’t necessary what she said it was the way she said it. On the receipt it says her name is Latanya. After she took my order I said thank you again with a smile. Just no comment at all. She put my order on the counter didn’t say anything else. I asked her for pepper. She said “it over there” I explained to her that the side counter only had salt. She rolled her eyes. I was grateful for the paper and said I hope you have a great sis thank you so much. She literally didn’t even respond. I get people have bad days but she wasn’t because she was constantly joking with her co workers. As for the food it was not hot. I paid for extra cheese didn’t get it. I had the breakfast sandwich for the first time yesterday from a catered event and was thrilled to incorporate this into my weekly routine since I liked the sandwich so much. I may choose another bojangles but I will not go back to this one again.
