I don’t know if they’re just blanching them over and over again, or they just not dropping fresh batches. But my fries were overly hard, barely any were edible. Not to make matters worse but the lady before me was complaining about how small the chicken is compared to other bojangles…not sure what’s up with that but it was evident.

I felt that I should have been offered another biscuit for a discount or on the house for having to get out of my car, come inside, and wait 10 minutes for a biscuit with cheese; which is delicious but 10 minutes??
