I was there today, and I went through the drive-through. First red flag is when I drove up to the speaker i got "What can I get for you?" No hello, nothing. Okay, whatever, then I explain to her that i didnt want fries and I want the mozzarella sticks, not the 4ct, the 6ct. All she says is "pull forward". I pull forward, and she tells me the total. I hand her the money, she gives me the drink, then gives me the bag and tells me, "Have a good day." There are the manners! There's some progress!! I pull away and check my bag just cause i had a gut feeling. It's a 4ct mozzarella... no problem, but I turn around and go right up to the speaker and explained I was just there i ordered a 6ct, and received a 4ct. She says, "pull to the window," then just hands me a bag of 2 mozzarella sticks and shuts the window immediately, no "sorry about that," not a thing. She was a younger black girl. I work in a restaraunt and I understand it can be draining to work with customers all day, but not one time would I act like that. It's the bare minimum, even if you really aren't sorry about it, just lie. I'm just hoping maybe a talk can be had with the employees, cause its not enjoyable to hear the blatant disrespect when no disrespect was ever given on my side. My intent for this is not to shame the girl, but rather to suggest a behavior change when it comes to speaking to people.
