  This is always a busy place but ot was a lil slow today so i stopped in , and Heather was extremely helpful in helping me and my wife select for our first time here, I got the honeybun shake and my wife got a chocolate banana bread mocha chiller 😎 10/10 recommend both of those, but the conversation was great to and her smile was infectious.

  I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Heather! She has an incredible knack for providing great suggestions. Whether it’s a new coffee mix to try or a fun topic to discuss, she always seems to know exactly what I need. Her insights are not only helpful but also reflective of her genuine passion for what she does. She truly enhances the experience with her knowledge and infectious energy.

  Me and my crew stop by to get our favorite drinks, on the way to cut our yards. There is a very sweet, nice, professional, young lady name Summer. And she is the ONLY person that can get my drink made the correct way! Everytime I come in and my order isn’t correct Summer is always so willing to correct it immediately! She always does a great job keeping the line moving with helping her co-worker wherever they are falling short at. Iv never seen her playing or talking while customers are in line, unlike others Iv seen while working. I’m not sure if she’s a manager or if she running’s this 7 brew. But if she isn’t she should be because she quenches me and my crew thirst every visit. 7 Brew this young lady needs a raise IMMEDIATELY!!

  I always have the best experience at 7 Brew, especially when Summer is working! She is so friendly, welcoming, and makes you feel appreciated the moment you pull up. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in what she does. My drinks are always made perfectly, and she keeps the energy positive and upbeat no matter how busy it gets.

  I'm shocked as I read all these five star reviews and I'm wondering if this is the same 7 brew that I've been to at least four or five times and on top of that all of the reviews that I noticed were consecutively posted like all at the same time, which I find odd and they were outstanding reviews, and I beg to differ I don't see what these people see. I don't understand why maybe some people get better treatment than others I don't know but nobody seems happy when I go through anytime I see a smiles unless it's employees talking to eachother I almost feel like I'm a bother. It's very slow. The lines are always very slow and that's a big problem for me. because my time is limited. I'm not sure if these are independently owned or not but I just feel like it's understaffed and if it's not understaffed, then people are milking the clock cause no one's apparently doing their job as efficient as they should be. This is not the first seven brew l've ever been to in a town and this is probably one of the worst in my opinion. I hope things can change and like I said maybe it was just me the 4 times but I find that kind of hard to believe especially all those positive reviews. I just read that were written clearly at the same time maybe it's Friends who knows I'm not one say or point fingers. It's probably why it popped up in my notifications because I’ve done several several reviews on Google throughout the last three or four years. My review is based on 15 years of Customer Service Supervision and training.
