- MCMegan Conner1 day ago4.0Normally, I have such a wonderful experience at this location. I come in 2-4 times a week and I love seeing the girls in the morning before work. They always have such fun conversations and brighten my day. I hadn’t been in a while, and when I came in this morning the whole vibe was different. It was busy (8 cars total in both lines), but I pulled up and immediately got “What’s a good phone number?” in a fast and snarky tone. I gave my order and didn’t think anything of it, maybe just a bad day. Then I pull up to the window to get my drink. From a whole other individual I had my straw tossed at me, and then immediately turned around to talk to a barista not making a drink, completely ignoring me when I said I had a question. I was then handed my drink without another word. No “Have a good day”, no “here’s your drink”, not a word. The cashier then turned back around, so I drove off assuming my transaction had ended. I get having bad days, but that was weird. And it sucks because I love the coffee but I don’t want my coffee with a side of disdain and sloppiness.

Thank you to the girl with the brown-red, very short pixie cut hair, she always seemed to have a drink idea for me whenever I stop through!! These employees were doing there best with how busy they where and this horrendous weather.

There are so many amazing flavors to choose from, and they always hit the spot perfectly when I need a little pick-me-up. Plus, they just taste genuinely good, not artificial. So you have to ask, we shouldn't have to..The young lady who waited on me this AM in lane two pulled a menu up online and was very helpful and sweet. She explained what drinks were as Im not a huge "coffee person". The large was $8.03, which I feel is a lot. The size is huge, so you do get what you pay for. Wish they had an app to be able to build drinks and see what they have to offer.

The other line was moving no issues. What was most frustrating was the lack of acknowledgement by the staff. No sorry for the wait or anything at all. I won’t be going back anytime soon. My husband said he will never go back. I was hoping the receipt would have a survey so I could address it there but we weren’t offered a receipt. I couldn’t find any other place to voice my concern so here it is.
