She said I could not shop and made several unnecessary comments, including *“my employees have to get home to their families too,”* despite the fact that I was being respectful and even offered to cancel the order. I ultimately chose to cancel to be considerate. I completely understand closing procedures and respecting employees’ time—**that’s why I asked in the first place**. However, the manager’s demeanor was rude and unwelcoming, especially right before the holidays. A little courtesy and professionalism would have gone a long way. She was a female manager during closing at this location. Didn’t catch her name
