    Love the selection for a more of a discount store. Thinking if you had a membership with same scale at register at door to swipe membership cards then shop and we are compelled to check out ourselves cause only one register is running with 9 people standing around talking to each other. We could use phone to buy products and then weight out at check out and should match purchases. It's really aggravating to do everything ourselves and watch 9 people standing around doing absolutely nothing at these prices. They're friendly. They do say hello and thank you.

    Everyone was rude especially the cashier at 1130 on 1/24/26 no name tag. Couple behind me even asked him if he's giving customer a hard time today and he looked at her and smiled. I Will never be in there again.

    I had place an order for pick up that was messed up . I called in and the store associate Jeff was able to go above and beyond to help me ! He deserves a raise!

    I am a military veteran with a disability, and I was asked to leave while completing the transaction at Food Lion because I was accompanied by my service dog. My service dog was under control and performing disability-related tasks, yet I was told I could not shop with him. This refusal violates Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Grocery stores are required by law to allow service dogs in all areas open to customers. A business may only ask a service animal to leave if it is out of control or not housebroken, neither of which applied in this situation (28 C.F.R. § 36.302). Being denied access because of my disability was frustrating and unacceptable. This situation reflects a serious lack of ADA training, and I hope Food Lion addresses this to prevent it from happening to others.
